These 2 modules relate to being flexible in relation to the way a unit or course is delivered or assessed, and ensuring that the competency standards of the unit/course are not compromised in order to provide reasonable adjustment. We need to ensure that we balance meeting the needs of the learner with the integrity of the competency requirements.
