Dear Students,
We hope you are progressing well with your studies.
This is an important notice regarding our payment terms. As part of our financial policy, Yarrawonga Mulwala Community Learning Centre applies interest charges to overdue accounts. We are writing to inform you that from 1 March 2026, any student account that is overdue will incur a 2% charge per calendar month, calculated on the full outstanding balance of the invoice.
If you are currently behind in payments, we encourage you to bring your account up to date before 1 March 2026 to avoid additional fees.
Should you be experiencing financial difficulty please contact our Training Manager, Sharron Johnson to discuss.
If you need assistance reviewing your account, please reach out to our Office Manager, Kerri McKenna ,and she will be able to assist.
Please also note, all payments made via our merchant facility, will now incur a .48% surcharge.
In order to reduce any additional costs, we strongly recommend all payments to be made via Direct Debit into the YMCLC bank account.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your ongoing commitment to your studies.
