Dear Students

I hope you are all staying safe during this current lockdown!  I know it's hard, but rest assured your trainers are all very experienced at conducting classes via Zoom to keep everyone on track.  

If you have a concern or complaint about your course (for example the content, the resources, another student, etc) please speak to your trainer first to allow them the opportunity to try and rectify the situation.  If you have not had a response from your trainer within a 48 hour period, please then escalate your concerns to me.  

My door is always open to speak to you about any concerns that you may have about your training.  You can either speak to me personally or send me an email at training@ynh.org.au to raise anything with me that is worrying you. I may not be able to resolve all issues immediately, but I will seek to find a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
