As we start the first day of Lockdown #6, I want to check in with each of you and ask "Are you ok"? Lockdown and the recent restrictions can have a huge impact on many of us, not being able to see family or friends, get out of the house for any length of time or do things that we would normally enjoy doing. Life just isn't "normal" anymore is it?
Unfortunately, Adult Education is one of the services that gets impacted by the restrictions and lockdowns, and whilst this is hard at least we can still connect virtually via Zoom and here on Moodle.
Please reach out if you need to talk - either to a close family member, a friend, myself or your trainer, or a medical professional. There are services available that are free of charge that you can connect to (see my previous post for a number of websites about this).
